Return Policy

Domestic returns and exchanges
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges if you request a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note, sale items, special orders are FINAL SALE and thus not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the merchandise, at which time you will be notified by e-mail. Please note, all exchanges are based on stock availability. We cannot process your exchange until we receive your original order. While we strive to fulfill orders, all products are processed on a first come first serve basis.
All returns are accepted at the discretion of Mantiz Innovation

Store returns and exchanges
To make a return or exchange in one of our retail stores, please email us first at support@mymantiz.com so that we can notify the store in advance.
International returns and exchanges
International purchases are FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, we cannot honor return or exchange requests on international orders at this time.
All sale purchases are final sale
Returns or exchange requests on SALE merchandise will not be accepted.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
