Return Policy

Domestic returns and exchanges

Our Returns & Refund Policy is limited to products purchased directly from our Mantiz Online Store and the procedure for returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date the item was delivered.

In order to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price of the product (exclusive of initial shipping and handling charges), you must contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within the specified time frame of the said product. The product must be returned to Mantiz in its original packaging and condition.

Please note that the RA# number must be noted on the outside of the returned product's package. You will be considered to have returned the said product to Mantiz if you have delivered the product to a carrier and have taken all necessary steps to ensure that the product is delivered to Mantiz, including paying all shipping charges in returning the product to Mantiz. We advise that you select a method of shipping that is traceable.

Risk in the returned product only passes to Mantiz when the product is received by Mantiz and Mantiz shall not be responsible for items lost in transit to us. You will receive a refund of the purchase price that you had paid for the returned product (excluding any charges for the initial shipping and handling of the product to you) within 45 days of Mantiz’s receipt of the returned product. In the event that the procedure herein is not followed, Mantiz reserves the right to accept the return of the product on such terms that it may determine at its sole discretion.

Please note, sale items, special orders are FINAL SALE and thus not eligible for return or exchange.

Please follow 4 simple steps to return your items.

1) Request a Return Authorization number (RA#) by emailing: support@mymantiz.com

2) Complete the return form received with your order and include it in your return package.

3) Label your return with your RA#. Please write this number clearly on the outside of your package. The merchandise must be packaged and postmarked within 7 days from the date the RA# was issued.

4) Please send your package through a courier service with tracking capability Ship your labeled package to the following address:

International returns and exchanges

International purchases are FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, we cannot honor return or exchange requests on international orders at this time. This is not included the origin faulty ( D.O.A ). Once ( D.O.A ) happened, we will arrange the brand new swap unit and recall the origin faulty back with our own return/shipping cost. Returns or exchange requests on SALE /Promotion merchandise will not be accepted.
