We will gladly accept returns or exchanges. Please contact our support team to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note, sale items, special orders are FINAL SALE and thus not eligible for return or exchange. Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the merchandise, at which time you will be notified by e-mail.
