Graphic cards vendor suggested minimum power consumption : 650W~800W , is Mantiz Saturn Pro power supply enough?

Graphic cards vendor suggested the Min Power consumption is considered from the " desktop " point of view. Actually graphic card power consumption is  ex: Nvidia RTX 3090 350W, AMD Vega 64 330W and AMD 5700XT 230W. Mantiz Saturn Pro power to GPU Max to 550W which is plenty enough even for the Over-Clock graphic card.

Does Mantiz Saturn Pro charge my laptop? Is 100W too high for my laptop?

Mantiz Saturn Pro follow P.D 3.0 Regulation Max 20V * 5A =100W and it will depend on the laptop recalling the necessary AMP to supply with. ( EX : Laptop is 65W MacBook Pro 13" , Saturn Pro will just provide the 20V * 3.25A Max to it )

Does Mantiz Saturn Pro have USB lag issue?

Most of eGPUs design " SINGLE " Thunderbolt 3 chip on the board; A single chip control the GPU & Extra I.O at the same time, once GPU is in high loading, the extra I. O Ex: USB or other ports will be unstable, such as appearing the mouse lags or Ghost Keyboard. Ethernet Lan speed dropped...etc . Saturn Pro use Dual Thunderbolt 3 Buses, one dedicate to GPU the other for Extra I.O . There's no interference with each other; No more lags or GPU performance dropped.
